TCOS Charity & Welfare Committee is a charitable and humanitarian ministry working under The Church of Salvation Society, committed to supporting poor, needy, disadvantaged, elderly, widows, orphans, children, families, and people facing difficult circumstances.
The Committee seeks to serve people with compassion and practical support by providing assistance according to their needs and available resources. Its work includes financial assistance, food, clothing, education support, medical assistance, humanitarian relief, and other welfare activities for the benefit of people in need.
To serve people in need with love, compassion, dignity, and practical support, and to develop charitable and welfare initiatives that contribute to the care, protection, education, health, and well-being of individuals, families, children, elderly people, and disadvantaged communities.
Providing financial and practical assistance to poor, needy, disadvantaged individuals and families according to their needs and available resources.
Supporting families facing financial hardship through food, essential household needs, clothing, financial assistance, housing-related support, and other necessary forms of help.
Providing assistance to needy and disadvantaged widows, including support related to food, health, medicines, essential living needs, and other welfare requirements.
Supporting elderly and vulnerable people, particularly those who are without proper family support or are living in difficult circumstances, by providing food, health assistance, clothing, care, and other essential support.
Supporting orphaned, disadvantaged, and deserving children and students through educational assistance, school or college fees, books, educational materials, and other necessary educational support.
Encouraging and supporting the education of girls who are without proper parental or family support, particularly those facing financial hardship, so that they may continue and advance their education.
Providing medical assistance and health-related support to poor, needy, and disadvantaged people and organizing or supporting medical camps and other health-related welfare initiatives.
Providing food, clothing, and other essential items to poor families, homeless people, elderly persons, children, and others who are in need.
Providing humanitarian assistance during emergencies and natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires, heavy rains, storms, or other situations in which people require immediate support.
Providing practical assistance to people living on the streets, homeless individuals, and others who are without adequate food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, or family support.
In the future, the Committee may establish and operate an Old Age Home for elderly and vulnerable people who have been abandoned, have no suitable family support, or require a safe and caring place to live.
In the future, the Committee may establish an Orphan Children Home / Orphan Care Centre to provide suitable care, accommodation, food, education, healthcare, protection, and other essential support for orphaned and vulnerable children.
Developing and supporting charitable, humanitarian, and community welfare projects for the benefit of people in need and for the betterment of the wider community.
Planning, developing, and implementing new charitable and welfare initiatives according to the needs of the community and the available resources of The Church of Salvation Society.

Thomas Massey serves as the Director of TCOS Charity & Welfare Committee, responsible for coordinating and supporting the Committee's charitable, humanitarian, welfare, educational, medical, relief, and community service activities under the authority of The Church of Salvation Society.
